How do my negotiation clients feel about working with me?

Als ich Frau Dr. Ionescu’s Dienste als Verhandlungsexpertin in Anspruch nahm, war ich als Leiter einer Vertriebseinheit im internationalen Firmenkundengeschäft einer internationalen Universalbank, mit 80 Mitarbeitern und einer Budgetverantwortung für ca. EUR 150 Mio. gross income p.a. tätig.

In dieser Tätigkeit haben wir gemeinsam mit einer anderen internationalen Kommerzbank einen Kunden mit Sitz in Österreich in unsere Kernmärkte in CEE begleitet. Dies konkret bei einer Akquisition eines Unternehmens in der gleichen Branche (Verpackungsindustrie).
Dabei kam es zu gravierenden und andauernden Divergenzen mit der Zweitbank, die schließlich auch teilweise auf den Kunden negativ abgefärbt haben. Schlussendlich wurde die Entscheidung getroffen für die kurzfristig anstehenden Vertragsverhandlungen auf beiden Seiten juristische und verhandlungstaktische Unterstützung von dritter Seite zu holen.

Durch Frau Dr. Ionescu’s Einbindung ist es gelungen, festgefahrene Gespräche wieder neu aufzunehmen. Dabei hat sie neue Wege inhaltlicher und persönlicher Art aufgezeigt, die beide Parteien zuvor nicht oder nicht mehr gesehen haben. Die zusätzliche Fachexpertise als Juristin hat ihre Einbindung ebenfalls sehr wertvoll gemacht.
